* Overview: You will be in charge of business planning and accounting at our head office, which does OEM of office furniture.
* Mission/Role:
We would like you to find issues with the figures submitted by each department, propose how to solve the issues in order for the company to generate profits, and engage in problem solving. In order to think about where the problem is, I would like you to visit each factory, interview the factory manager and general manager class, think about a solution together, and present the plan to the management team.

1) General accounting work
Monthly and annual settlement processing, support for tax accountants, support for bankers, fund management
2) Factory cycle audit: Periodically audit the factory from the viewpoint of management accounting
3) Asset management: management of in-house real estate, etc.
