* Responsibilities:

We operate three businesses: "Plant piping field," "Machining/assembly field," and "Water purification field." We will entrust you with parts manufacturing and equipment assembly work.

・Metal processing: Manufacture parts by operating machines to cut, shave, and drill holes in plates *Equipment used (lathe, milling machine)
・Equipment assembly: Collect and assemble parts made by the team, parts manufactured by outsourcing, and purchased items.
・Welding: Melting and joining parts using handy-sized welding equipment
*We will provide careful guidance from the beginning. Products range from hand-held items to large items, and heavy items are transported using lifts.

・New employee training (external) for new employees
・Mid-level employee training (external) for employees in their 3rd year and above
・We provide an environment where you can learn various techniques and skill courses necessary for work, even over the years.

* Organizational structure: The company has 36 employees, of which 10 (ranging in their 20s to 70s) are currently working.
