Job Description:
Our company, which has strengths in product planning and development of food gifts, will entrust you with product planning. The main products are ice cream, Western sweets, and desserts. In particular, we are focusing on products using "Hakata Amaou", which are very popular.

We hold regular business talks with existing customers and work out what kind of products to create based on the needs we hear about. We also sell our own products.
・Customers Major nationwide gift companies, mass retailers, online D2C, buyers at department stores and supermarkets, product planners at confectionery manufacturers, etc.
・Product ice cream, confectionery, dessert
In recent years, we have also been focusing on easy-to-cook frozen foods.

Required Experience/Abilities:
[Mandatory] Experience in proposal-type sales to corporations (approximately 3 years or more)

[Working style] Basically, overtime work is limited to one hour or less every day, and it is an environment where you can work with a good balance between work and private life.
[Rewarding] Since we do everything from planning to commercialization in-house, most of the products are Yabakei originals. There are many products planned by famous brand stores and Hakata Amaou, and many of them are handled by major mass retailers and online shopping, so you can feel that the products you are in charge of are actually distributed.
