[Expected role/duties]
While exchanging opinions with the president (in his 30s), we will innovate and evolve management from a human perspective, such as strategically rebuilding the personnel system of all group companies, rebuilding the compensation design, and rebuilding new graduate/mid-career recruitment/training (development). Please promote this.
Depending on your experience, you can take on the challenge of planning and promoting business efficiency in addition to human resources work.

[Flow after joining]
As part of our training, you will gain hands-on experience in the field and deepen your understanding of our business. After that, you will share the issues faced by the entire group with the president, and the president will specifically incorporate the measures that he or she has in mind. In the future, we hope that you will be able to think about and implement measures to improve your organization on your own.
