■You will be in charge of plant construction management work mainly for main contract projects undertaken by the company.

You will be in charge of all aspects of construction including cost estimation, construction planning, selection of delivery methods and subcontractors, construction management (supervision), trial runs/adjustments, and handover.
*Arrangements will be made primarily by the construction company, and the actual construction will be carried out by a subcontracted construction company.
・Projects: Piping maintenance, machine installation, concrete pouring, foundation work, etc. for a wide variety of customers such as steel, auto parts, and food manufacturers.
・Construction project amount: tens of thousands to tens of millions of yen
・Construction period: Mainly 1 day to 1 month
*There is a housing support system for mid-career hires, such as dormitories, company housing, and housing allowances (rented company housing: 100,000 yen paid by the company depending on the area).
*Overtime hours during busy seasons are approximately 45 hours/month.

*As our focus will be on contractor management, we also welcome experience in general construction only.
