We have an environment that is easy to work in, with an average monthly overtime of about 30 hours and remote work about 2-3 days a week.

Annual Income/Salary:
4.6 million yen ~ 13 million yen

* Estimated annual income/4.6 million to 13 million
*Monthly salary / 330,000 yen to 760,000 yen (The left includes a fixed overtime fee of about 80,000 ~ (up to 50 hours/month). Overtime work exceeding 50 hours/month will be paid separately.)
* Basic bonus / 590,000 yen to 950,000 yen (In addition to the left, there are personal performance bonuses and company performance bonuses. The first year's bonus will be prorated according to the month of joining the company.)
*Model Annual Income: 4.3 million yen at 25, 7 million yen at 30, 10 million yen at 35, 13 million yen at 40 (manager)

The above amounts include "personal performance bonuses" and "company performance bonuses" in the personnel evaluation "standard" evaluation. However, the estimated annual income in the informal offer notification will be the amount excluding "personal performance bonuses" and "company performance bonuses" that are undetermined at the time of the informal offer notification.
