Agency sales are divided into corporate (hall), which is in charge of agencies with affiliated companies, and retail, which executes area strategies centered on independent agencies without affiliated companies. Both corporate and retail will support agents from various aspects. The content of my work is wide-ranging, including market analysis, planning of more efficient and effective sales methods, and production of materials.

・Exploring and developing sales channels
・Responding to groups and customers
・ Recruitment management work
・Implementation of measures to strengthen personal information management at agencies in charge
・Various operations related to insurance contract administration

Qualification requirements:
College graduate or above

work experience

・3 years or more of business experience (corporation) regardless of industry

・Experience at a financial institution
・Those who have sales experience of 3 years or more in the life insurance industry / non-life insurance industry

Working hours:
(1) Working hours/9/00~17/00 (7 hours work per day)
