I need your help

In order to solve the following issues, please prioritize and design individual personnel system redesign.

Issue 1: I want to establish an update scheme for personnel resource management and personnel system design
Issue 2: I want to update the "grading system", "evaluation system", and "compensation system" and make them known correctly
Issue 3: I want to coordinate with the group (holdings and direct parent company) and share the correct direction
