My main duties include making arrangements via phone and email, and office work using a computer. Inbound demand is increasing, and support such as business trips for employees is about 10%. More than 90% of our work is for inbound tourists, and that need is expanding. Currently, we mainly deal with visitors from China to Japan. If you can speak Chinese, you can put your skills to good use when communicating with agents.
Business is BtoB style. We will negotiate with overseas travel agencies and Japanese land operators. The childcare support system is also attractive.We provide a congratulatory allowance from birth to high school entrance.
The birth gift is 500,000 yen for the first child, 1 million yen for the second child, and 2 million yen for the third and subsequent children.
