Job Description:
We are looking for manufacturing engineers at our Kitakyushu factory, which manufactures and processes automotive exhaust parts, interior sound deadening materials, and heat insulating materials. You will be entrusted with the operation of press machines and welders that manufacture heat insulating materials and sound deadening materials, automobile exhaust system parts, and interior materials.

We have multiple factories in Japan and overseas, and while we are incorporating the know-how we have acquired in our new factory, the environment is still new, so there is a lot of room for improvement by listening to the opinions of everyone working on the ground. Build a highly productive factory.

Required Experience/Abilities:
・Inexperienced people are welcome! No craftsmanship required. If you can do each work carefully and steadily, you can do well even if you have no experience. If you have sales experience and are highly motivated to achieve your goals, we welcome you!

[Working environment] Seven people joined the company via Recruit last year. Among those who are currently active, there are many who have never worked in the manufacturing industry, such as former “clerks” and “beauty staff”. The actual work is to set the parts in the processing machine, press the switch and pack it, so there is no need to worry about carrying heavy objects or getting your hands dirty.
