・Development and execution of operation plans for own department
・Budget creation and budget management for own department
・In-house operation team, safety management of delivery team, operation management, labor management, management of vehicles owned by own department
・Planning and execution to improve the efficiency of delivery to bases nationwide
・Optimization of operation costs, planning and execution of own L1M network construction

‐Courier Section Manager-
・Operating plan formulation, execution, budget creation, budget management
・Safety management, operation management, and labor management of our own delivery team
