job description:
Provide services that truly satisfy our customers by creating a workplace that is rich in communication, strengthening process management, and training members. The Claims Service Department handles customer support, PC data entry, and document preparation.
Specifically, after a car accident occurs, we confirm the accident situation and damage situation through telephone exchanges.
Responsible for a series of operations from settlement negotiations to insurance payment.

* Workflow/

(1) Accident report from the accident reception center (another department)
(2)Confirmation of the situation from the parties involved in the accident
(3) Investigate the accident site, objects, etc., identify the cause of the accident, and calculate the amount of damage
(4) Settlement negotiations with the other party of the accident and the other party's insurance company based on the investigation results
(5) Determination and payment of appropriate damage amount and insurance amount

Qualification requirements:

・Experienced person in charge of claims service cases
・Basic PC skills (Word: document creation, Excel: simple table creation, graph creation)

Working hours:
9/00~17/45 (1 hour lunch break)

Annual Income/Salary:
4 million yen ~ 7.99 million yen

4 million to 7.8 million yen
* Annual income will be determined according to experience.

Holiday leave:
