This is work related to the production (casting) of electrode plates for batteries (lead-acid batteries).

[Salary]

After the trial period, you will be officially hired as a full-time employee: Basic salary 160,000 yen to 230,000 yen (depending on age, experience, and ability)
Hired as a contract employee during the trial period: Hourly wage of 1,150 yen during the trial period
Officially hired (promoted to full-time employee) on the latest 1st day after 3 months have passed since joining the company.
Family allowance, housing allowance, irregular work allowance (1,800 yen per [B] work (work beyond 0:00)), transportation expenses (up to 26,000 yen/month), paid according to regulations.
Salary increase once a year (April), bonus twice a year (July, December)
Retirement allowance system available (after hiring full-time employees)

Kisshoin Office (Kichijoin, Minami Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture)

【Traffic access】

15 minutes walk from JR “Nishioji” station
