Mainly conducts "core product" sales training for sales staff and channels in charge, and is also involved in sales planning and training for individual distributors, especially for key distributors.

Conduct information activities on the corporate liability insurance line in the area in charge (providing contract case studies, hot-selling information, business-related information, etc., including document preparation), and collect information including market information and trends of other companies for that purpose.

Conduct basic insurance underwriting operations for the area in charge of corporate liability insurance for which it has underwriting authority, and work with senior management or related production underwriters for matters for which it does not have underwriting authority or cases with a high degree of difficulty. , ensure the profitability of the region

Qualification requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Communication skills, presentation skills, logical explanation ability
Ability to create materials and writing skills
Self-motivated, proactive, market- and customer-oriented

At least 5 years working experience
Business experience in the sales, training, product, and claims departments in the insurance industry is preferred
Experience in corporate liability lines is a plus

Business level English (preferred)
