job description:
We promote life insurance sales through life insurance sales agents (large-scale agents, life insurance agents, life and non-life insurance agents, tax accountants, certified public accountants, financial institution-affiliated agents, major partner life insurance companies, etc.) with whom we have consignment contracts.

* Responsible for our company's registered agents, and work to educate, train, and manage them mainly through visits

1 Consulting sales for sales promotion to distributors
(Support for agency owners regarding the establishment of a system for agency management and sales)

2 Implementation of sales follow-up such as education and training for solicitors
(Insurance products, sales methods, industry information, compliance, other peripheral knowledge, etc.)

3 Acquisition and registration of prospective new distributors

・Business style/
Depending on the scale, each person will be responsible for about 30 to 50 agencies.
After going through OJT and training, the agency in charge will be in charge alone, but after returning to the company, there will be opportunities to share and consult with the team, so you will not have to deal with it alone.
It is also important to produce results as a team.

Qualification requirements:
Experienced in institutional sales and corporate sales at a major Japanese life insurance company
Medium-sized life insurance agency sales, corporate sales experience
Experienced in handling life insurance and financial products at city banks, regional banks, credit unions, credit unions, and agricultural cooperatives
Experienced in handling life insurance and financial products at a securities company
Others such as those with sales experience in the manufacturer/service industry
(Up to mid 20s if applying from a different industry with no experience)
