This job involves patrolling each manufacturing site to check for and manage any hygiene or equipment safety problems or defects.
・Inspect and improve production lines for dangerous areas
・Confirmation of usage status of manufacturing equipment
・Response to legal revisions such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act
・Preparation of documents to be submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office
・Selection and negotiation of safety protective equipment

We hold training sessions to raise safety awareness among employees and staff. We mainly provide training and guidance to new staff members to ensure thorough hygiene management and prevent work accidents. The accumulation of these efforts will result in "zero work-related accidents."

At regular meetings, we will report on the current status of each manufacturing site. Additionally, based on the issues and wishes identified through interviews with on-site leaders and manufacturing staff, we propose improvements that will improve safety and maintain a safe working environment at the factory.
